More ATC's to show off

Boy you just don't realise sometimes how busy life can get. I have been merrily crafting away in between everything else that happens in life. Today I wanted to show you some ATC's I have done over the past couple of months.

What a fantastic idea.

I know I have been a bit absent lately. Thats life I guess.
Today I am posting a little something different. Normally it's all about craft, but today I wanted to share a fantastic quick and easy decorating idea for cakes.
One of my friends has just made the awesome looking cake below. And it is so simple. Jut kit kats around the outside and smarties on top. How clever is that ?? And so affective.
I am going to try and remember this for my kids birthdays next year. They are in October and November...lol..so I don't like my chances of actually remembering...lol

Let me know if you try this, I would love to hear how it goes.

Cheers,
Narelle

My latest pieces of creativity.

You can always tell when we are getting closer to Christmas. Things start to get a bit busier and you need more hours in the day. Hence the break in transmission recently....
I have been doing a few challenges and odd bits of craft. Here is a selection of what I have recently been up to. Enjoy!!

I have been making cards

For the last few days I have been busy making cards. At the start of the year I joined an online group in which we have a weekly challenge. I went well for about 4 weeks and then llife got in the way. This last week I felt like making cards, so started where I left off. These are some of that cards I have done this week. Enjoy!

Has it really been that long.

My goodness doesn't time fly. I can't believe  that my last blog update was back in July. Oh dear. Sorry about that.
I haven't been sitting idly around. I have been filling my days with craft and more craft. Below are images of some of the things I have been up to.

Scrappy-Go-Lucky Strut Your Cuts

It has been a while since Scrappy-Go-Lucky has had a Strut Your Cuts Challenge. Entries dwindled as life got in the way for a lot of people so the challenges were stopped. But I am happy to say there is another  one up and running for July and the entries close very soon...ahhhh....I have left it till the last minute to get something done.
The challenge this time was to create a Christmas Card using a Cricut Cartridge not normally associated with Christmas. We could enter a maximum of 2 cards. So here are my entries below:-

Card 1

Ok for Card 1 I used the following:-
Red, white, green and purple card stock
Jillibean Soup paper - Christmas Eve Chowder Collection - Frozen Lobster Tail
Mpress Nesting Dies - Petal Frame
Zig Writer - Spring Green
Circut Cart - Nursery Rhymes (for  the little boy)
Cricut Cart - Celebrations (for  the presents)
Green dot ribbon

Card 2

And for Card 2 I used the following:-
Red, Green and White Card stock
Jillibean Soup paper - Christmas Eve Chowder collection - Frozen Lobster Tale
Cricut Cartridge - Walk in My Garden ( I thought I was quite clever using Leaf 2 for the Christmas Tree...lol)
Bakers Twine
Zig Writer Pen - Spring Green
Brad

Hope you enjoyed looking. Have a great day.
Cheers
